We are happy to announce that our LIVE Call Center for Customer Service & Tech Support is back. 

All calls will be handled by direct employees located in our Auburn Hills manufacturing facilities.

The APC department is staffed from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday – Friday.

After hours, please leave a message (or file a FORM REQUEST below).

Your call will be returned within 1-4 hours during regular business hours.

Calls received during Company holidays will be returned on the next available business day.
