Does every duct detector need a sample and exhaust tube?

All duct detectors should be installed with both sampling and exhaust tubes to operate correctly

What can I do with left over FAST tubes?

Spare sections of FAST tubes can be kept for combining with other sections in jobs with wide duct work

Does do I do with the red cap that comes with the duct detector?

The red end cap should be installed at the cut end of the sampling tube when assembly is complete

Do sample tubes come in the box with the duct detector?

You will have to order FAST tubes or STM tubes separate, though the starter stub and exhaust tube is included in the box of the detector
